I certify that I am authorized to enter into this myCARFAX Service Shop Program Agreement on behalf of my Facility and bind the Facility to the Agreement.
Data will be sent to Carfax on a weekly basis on Fridays.
Only data from Paid invoices will be sent.
Mileage and VIN are mandatory as well as accurate descriptions for parts and labor.
